Refund and Returns Policy

Goal to Achieve Zero Return Policy

 

Our goal is to achieve Zero Return as our esteemed customer gets trusted and quality products.  And our manufacturer/supplier also supply genuine and trusted products. We take special care in selecting our manufacturer and supplier.

 

What is the Return Policy

With some exceptions like perishable items (food, flowers, plants, customized items, items made on order etc), most of our products are eligible for return and replacement. The return and exchange policy for every product is mentioned on the product page. Wrong product supply and damaged product supply only qualify for return. Items purchased below Rs. 299/- are also not eligible for return or exchange. International orders are not eligible for returns and exchange. 

You can raise the return/replacement request for eligible product within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. To be eligible for a return, products should be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags in original packaging, if not returned/received as described then return may not be approved.

 

Return Process

After receipt of return request, a pick up is organized and our courier partner picks up the item within 3-5 business days.
Once pick up is done your refund will be initiated. incase any issue related with return/refund process you can contact our customer care or mail us at support@ambussh.com

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pl make 360 degree product opening VDO on receipt of product. If possible open the packing and make 360 degree product opening VDO in front of our shipping executive.

 

Order Cancellation Process

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order through My Order section or by writing to us at support@ambussh.com Ambussh.com reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer. Once product dispatched, order can not be cancelled.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner.

 

Part order Return

You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some item that are not returnable or exchangeable.

 

If my garment does not fit on me. 

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange through My order section or the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. If product is required to be replaced then shipping charges may be charged.
